Anyway -- I love watching The Chew whenever I'm home at the time -- they make such amazing meals & drinks. I was browsing through their website for the Pimm's Cup recipe, in honor of Wimbledon, but this Watermelon Margarita caught my eye -- looks so much more tastier! The following recipes serves 1.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces pueblo viejo blanco tequila (or any tequila)
- 2 ounces of watermelon puree
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup (if possible infuse with tajin)
- Watermelon spheres for garnish
